In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
The k6club platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. k6club operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If k6club determines at any point that a Player registered or played while under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned at k6club's discretion following investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active k6club account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim additional bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. k6club will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit associated balances and winnings.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. k6club targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within 4 business hours of approval. k6club reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount involved or the account's prior verification history. An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. k6club may charge a monthly dormancy fee on inactive accounts as set out in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
All bets placed on the k6club platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question, as displayed within the platform at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules. k6club's decision on the outcome of any bet or game is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute process set out in Section 13.
Cricket betting markets on k6club, including PSL, T20 International, and ODI fixtures, are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published within the platform's sports section. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. k6club reserves the right to void bets on markets where an error in pricing is identified, including odds that deviate materially from market fair value.
k6club reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or cancellation, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, system errors, or late acceptance of bets placed after a relevant event outcome was determined. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
k6club may apply maximum single-bet and aggregate daily winnings limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game. k6club reserves the right to pay out winnings up to the applicable maximum limit even where a Player's theoretical winnings exceed that limit.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers issued by k6club are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering is calculated on the Bonus Balance only, not on any Real Money Balance held in the account at the time the bonus is active.
k6club actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including matched betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and the use of third-party funds or payment methods to meet deposit requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, k6club reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account.
Bonus funds that remain unplayed or whose Wagering Requirements remain uncompleted after the expiry period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Player's account. The expiry period commences from the date the bonus is credited, not from the date of first use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k6club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if k6club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k6club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your k6club account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k6club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on k6club, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of k6club services.
k6club will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the platform. You may close your k6club account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of applicable fees and subject to any pending withdrawal verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
k6club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or financial crime, failure to complete KYC, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or regulatory requirement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first-line support level, it will be escalated to the k6club Compliance team for review. You will receive a written response to escalated complaints within 7 business days.
For disputes relating specifically to the outcome of a bet or game, the complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. k6club's decision following the internal review process is final and binding, except where applicable international gaming regulations provide for independent adjudication.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under k6club's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by k6club's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents k6club from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
k6club reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and by displaying a notice on the k6club platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
